Fresh, crunchy and clean, with minerality and plenty of saline undertones.Toasted pine nuts, lemon oil, and cooked apple. The texture on the palate is beautiful and it really builds in the mouth, with just the right amount of edginess to the acidity. Medium-bodied with a fresh finish.
